This happened today in London, very close to Liverpool Street station which is a very busy area full of commuters who work in the financial sector, but it's very quiet on a weekend.

It appears the driver of the Gen 4 has driven down the steps towards the entrance to the station. Allegedly, it was an 'Uber' driver.

Is it because the car is so low that it got stuck in that position? I've never driven a car down steps, but I note that in movies we sometimes see cars managing to drive down steps.

Any regular clearance car will hang up at about that point. I've seen similar at our airport one time, in a parking garage adjacent to down stair. You need to have some bright and obvious bollards to prevent confusion, especially at night.

You have to had the right tool for the job.

That one is almost as embarrassing as when the US Secret Service limo got stuck going over a slight bump in Ireland.

The car isn't stuck but it will definitely damage it to be moved. In the movies, they don't care much about keeping their car shiny and new. It's FWD and the wheels are making contact as well as a few thousand pounds being pulled down by gravity. That car will continue down if you give it power. In my GenII Prius I have driven up and down some stairs and lots of curbs. It was used as a food delivery vehicle for many years
