Honestly, I don't remember the vids in enough detail to be guessing what could lead to takedowns ... was there background music used in them without licensing, anything like that? -Chap
not that we know of, the intro was free music and was credited in the info section. I'm not sure what it could be, there's about 400+ people with the same issue as our channel since this new year began. There is a glitch in the system where they're giving suspension to channels with no issues. Some got their channels back, some remain suspended. I've submitted 3 appeals already and will be waiting for 1 month before we move forward in a different directions, either a new channel under my partners name or some other video platform. I will be discussing this with my partner this coming week.
Have you checked Vimeo: Watch, upload and share HD and 4k videos with no ads? That's where I put my videos. They seem a LOT more professional than Youtube. I've never had an issues but then I only make a couple videos a year.
Vimeo only allows 500mb per week, our video size can go up to 2-3 gig depends on how long it is, plus its HD so it'll take more memory... I don't think it'll work for us, unless I'm reading it wrong?

Ditto for me. I would not have attempted the brake bleed without watching the video. It helped to have the Repair Manual somewhat as well, and I worked the two together. But the video is what can motivate you, make you see how doable some services are. I'll definitely be reviewing the coolant videos before getting into that, at the 10 year mark in Canada.
So we still haven't heard from youtube about our appeals yet (not surprise ). We went ahead and created a new youtube channel and will be re-uploading all of our videos. It'll take about a couple of weeks to re-input all of the info's and hopefully they won't suspend our channel again. I'll keep you guys posted when its all finish and done.
