hi you all, it was working fine on my computer, and now it does not when i click connect to vehicle the register techstream window comes up. the one going by instructions i had to input the code, 1111111111111111111111111111111110001511111111 then hit ok and it was good to go. now when i hit ok after entering that code nothing happens, the window goes away momentarily but comes right back. whats the fix for that ?? i already searched all over and cant find anything, gee am i the only one having issues like that. the version it says : 10.30.029 software id : 2132EB56C61457D862C7C55C56104700
I would suggest going back and re-reading the software and driver download instructions. My guess is that you missed a step.
it was working just fine. have not used it in a while and today it simply does not work anymore. its not a new installation of the software. it was working just fine a few weeks ago.
