Hi all weird experience for me. I took my 2010 Prius in for the airbag recall. Picked it up and no readout on radio. just a light. Also,when you hit any button, it powers off Radio. The only way to change mode, volume, station is from the steering wheel controls. my qustion is could there be any correlation or just a weird coincidence? Thanks and Happy New Year to everyone!!
Sounds like quite a coincidence. If it were me, I would go back and ask them what the heck happened and are they going to fix it.

What do the airbag recall brackets look like? Are they interior or exterior? Can you post a pic if they are exterior? Thanks in advance,
My radio does the same thing at different times but returns to normal. Very weird and I didn't have recall done.
We had the airbag bracket done and the radio screen just has a bunch of lines on it It the wife car , and it sat for over a week after it got done since she was out of town Just not sure if it is related or not. The radio does work, you can change station, but you cannot see the call numbers
