Interested in joining or starting a local Prius Club?

So how about a South Carolina club Danny? I do not believe I would have the time to commit to moderator/officator/despot status, however I would be most interested in seeing a SC section on the local club list. Then we could have official sounding events in which we drive our prii around terrorizing H2's and yukons. Kind of like a motorcycle gang except for prii, with jackets and tattoos and everything, OK maybe I'm getting a little carried away!

I'd like to start a Northern Illinois Club

I live about 35 miles Northwest of Chicago and I'd like to start a Prius Chapter, group, club. I currently own 2 Prii 03' and 04' with an 05' on order. My wife and I have a friend that bought an 04' because of my recommendations and we tend to drive everyone 'nuts' with all the Prius talk. They don't get it. So we'd be very interested in getting people together that can't possibly bore one another with Prius 'talk' . . . matter of fact I'd like a get together in Cary, IL at my favorite watering hole with about 50 of the beauties filling all the parking spots around it! :mrgreen:

Danny and all… I live in the Denver area, and am retired (board)..I would enjoy being a moderator for a Denver Colorado club, would/could include the Front Range, from Longmont to Colorado Springs if there is interest members and no takers to be moderators in those areas…

I would think that we (the members) could get our dealers involved… with the members offering to bring a group of cars to show colors as well as to talk about our Prii… I would think that a dealer would appreciate a show and tell session, with more Prii than they have on their lots… maybe enough to toss in a perk or two…

Also the club could just meet and more than anything is to meet the people we all may be waving at…

How do you join?

I can't find anything anywhere on how to join and I can't access them either.

I'm interested in the CA-San Diego club. How do I join?

 

at the top of any page click on usergroups and then you will see a list of groups you are a member of and another list that you can join. after you join a group you will be able to access the local club forum

ok im game. weather is getting better. i think we should go for a group Prius Pic at Alki Beach with Seattle Skyline in background.

if we do it now, we might be able to get a decent pic with all the cars in it. if we wait till summer, we wont have a chance because the place is overrun by people.

 

Any progress on the NC Triangle Prius club? Do you need a moderator for it? What does a local club moderator do anyway?
