2013 Prius, Entune version 2.whatever. Aux chord and bluetooth acted buggy. Called toyota and downloaded the update on a usb 2.0 FAT32 formated disc drive. Totally bricked my system. Guess what? Out of warrenty. Dealer wants $140 just to look at it. Is there a way to reset the entune system, like unplugging a fuse for a hard restart? I want explore all opportunities before I shell out money for a useless system.
Not that I know of, maybe someone smarter than me can answer with a more favorable reply. My advice is a bit late for you but when you check the version you have, there is a link there to copy the version you have so that you can go back to it if things go awry ( at least there is on my 2013 Prius ). From your description, I have no idea how "Bricked" your system is. Good luck
