FOR THE MANUAL TEST ARE LIKE THESE STEPS ??

    1-remove the HV batt
    2-test each cell by avometer
    3-empty each cell by Bulb
4-re-test each cell again by avometer
5-then rearrange or replace the weak cell
    6-and clean the cooper

is these steps are right ??

i do not need to charge the batt by home cable 220 v ??

Please help me to understand it

    thank you in advance

You cant charge the battery like this . Dont try this alone because there are certain values that u must not drop below of the battery , and a certain way to charge it. Also be carefull of the high voltages they can cause death ..

    No. Those are wrong.

You need to at least measure the loaded voltage to determine the internal resistance. Also you should really measure the capacity as well. There are many ways to do it including measuring it with the pack still connected together.

PS: What you are talking about is module. Other people also call them cells by mistake. There is 6 cells (in series) inside every module and then 2 of those modules are connected together (in series) to form a block. And then 14 of those blocks are connected in series to form a whole pack.

Hi Valde3 , I saw you are familiar with the techstream and hv batteries so i have some quetions , i would be grateful if you could help me. When checking the voltages of an HV battery lets say of a prius or a lexus , and u notice block 1 is problematic . How do u identify block 1 (2 modules) when u have the battery opened in front of you ?

Unfortunately depending on the model it can change. On some it’s the one on control unit end and on other just the other end. Best is to actually measure the modules.

I know they change from model to model that's the problem , do u know a way to check which block is 1 each time ? It's not mentioned to manuals.
