2015 Prius plug-in. Iphone 6 connected with usb cable. In the last 2 years when my phone was plugged in I could hit the "ipod" button from the audio source icons and play the music that is downloaded on my phone. In the last 2 weeks I have notice that the "ipod" option has disappeared. "usb" is grayed out. I have also been unable to play music through the "bluetooth" button although I can make calls through bluetooth and I have checked to see that music was selected on the bluetooth connection screen. I have searched the forums and tried some steps to rectify the situation but so far no luck. Any help is appreciated.
Just as a follow-up. The dealer updated the software and now all works fine. So was a software issue.
