NOVA Service Dept Recommendations

    I live in the Springfield area and am looking for a good Toyota dealer service dept in the NOVA area. I have a black 2004#9. How is Springfield Toyota AKA KJ Toyota for 2004 Prius service? I am approaching the 5K service. Any recommendations and do they fill the oil level correctly or should I bring my own correct amount of oil?

    We bought our previous 2002 and current 2004 Prius from them and have gotten all maintenance services there. Haven't had any problems.
