I have a 2013 Prius 3 connected bluetooth to an iPhone 6 plus with the latest IOS installed. Recently when I have an incoming call it will show the phone number of the caller but not the name. The number IS in my address book. What does anyone advise.
Is it in the address book on your phone, or the address book in your car? 2 different address books and sounds like you need to go into the phone set-up screen on the car and re-transfer the address book.
I don't get called often. I think the number is all that displays for me (2013 Prius Two w/iPhone 5s). If I go into the address book (read from the phone), it does show the name, though.
it used to show the name of the person calling me if they were in my address book. I have confirmed that the names are not showing. All I see is the number they are calling from. I will try and upload the address book again.
