Do u know if changing rim size compromises MPG? And by how much?

16x6.5 or 16x7, probably +35-45 offset

 

Hey Nahh, i've a question, if you're thinking of upsizing to 16in wheels, why not 17in? They will look even better. From my research, upsizing to 17in wheels would require you to get wheels with these specs: 17x7 and an offset of 40.
I've a Gen 4 Prius and i am going to upsize from 15inchers to 17in wheels when my stock set of tires are due for their replacement.
However, i am sure your fuel consumption would get worse due to the bigger and thicker wheels and tires...but the improvement in how the prius looks may just be worth this compromise.

17x7.5 are also ok. offset should be between 40 to 45.
