What kind of Prius am I?

    I just bought a 2013 Prius Plug-in. Neither my dealer or my insurance company can tell me what model/trim package I have. From what I have read I defiantly don't have a 5 and I am assumng I have a gen 3.
    Can someone assist me?
    It has:
    15" wheels and tires,
    cloth seats,
    Seat heater,
    seats are not power seats,
    AM/FM radio with CD
