You've got the correct [email protected] which gets you to Troy Dietrich. I don't know what the problem might be, because I e-mailed Troy Tuesday night and he answered me the next morning. Did you send your several e-mails on one day, or over multiple days? If it was just in one day, perhaps he was out of the office and will get back to you soon.

Grizzly, I just completed my transaction with him and had no hassles or delays. I do believe there is some problem with him actually receiving your e-mail, so if you haven't already purchased elsewhere please give him a call--I know you will be satisfied!

After paying with a credit card, I recieved the papers in the mail, within the week, confirming my purchase of the plan and letting me know that it is now active on my Prius. Just give him a call and I am sure he will be able to address any/all issues you may have.
