Great looking silver Prius. I've only seen one on the road. I back up into my driveway every day. I guess I've been doing it for so long, that I don't even notice the "beep" anymore.
Checked my 2011 EP 20 tires at 42 PSI and was shocked how harsh the ride was compared to the 2016 Touring tires at 42 PSI. Almost like the Touring tires are softer. N for a long term check on wear and MPG. Maybe if the belts are softer I may get some center wear for the first time in 50 years/TBD. Anyway the free rotation helps.
HA Ha... I'm too cheap to purchase the OBD2 device and rent Carista for a week to do that. Will ask the dealer to do that next servicing. Hopefully they will do it for free...
Your classic silver 4 looks great! I bought the same but in package 3. Last weekend I had 20% 3M film put on it, I'll include a photo so you can see if tint is something you'll want. I prefer to have it here in So. Calif., maybe not needed as much where you reside.
Here is another big thumbs up to Silver pride!! My Three w/ ATP, side mouldings, tint, rubber mats, spider net and cargo net.. I still haven't washed it over a month later...lol. The easiest color to keep the semblance of clean.
Yup. During negotiations I asked for tinting and dealer agreed, so I will have it in next week or two. I guess 35% is what is legal here in Washington state. I m going for body side molding as well. I will post pics once all is done iPhone ?
My dealer in Arizona tints all their new car's windows as part of the prep but doesn't charge for it, so they say. So does anybody know where the backup beeper is located? I don't mind listening to it but would like to put some duct tape over it so it's not so loud.
Don't know the location of the beeper but I changed it single beep using Carista. And changed couple of other settings as well. Just search for Carista on the forum and you will see many threads. iPhone ?
Oh that would be a deal breaker for me. Rear visibility is bad enough as it is, and I'm not a fan of aftermarket stuff like this. Maybe popular due to location, I do not know.
Yeah...if you lived in the literal hell of a Phoenix sun... I'm fairly certain you would change your opinion on tint. lol. I went Mt. Biking in Phoneix once and ran out of my 2 bottles of water after a half hour and thought I was gonna die in the desert.
