Our new silver #6 is resting comforably in the garage. We picked it up this evening; the dealer called my wife at home and told her it was available. She asked them to wait for a few moments so that she could call me at work and check on whether I would like it or not. Hmmm, let's see, #6 vs. #4 - HID, homelink, anti-theft - well, O.K. !!!!! We had already decided to get a Garmin GPS and bluetooth doesn't really matter, so the car has more than we were originally looking for. We've put less than 30 miles on it and we're totally in love with it. We would have preferred blue or green, but didn't want to go back on the wait list. We only waited five weeks, but I was calling the salesperson every Saturday and he was starting to sound like he didn't want to be bothered. I'm so glad that I had some time to read the messages on PriusChat (as well as some other sites) so that I would have some idea of what to expect when driving the car. And I'm sure I'll have some questions to ask along the way. For right now I've got to figure out a way of getting some sleep tonight since I'm being allowed to drive the car to work tomorrow to show it off. Congratulations! Enjoy your new 'gadgets'. I needed a car right away, and was willing to accept almost any color in a package 3 through 6 - got a good deal on a whilte #5. Since it was less than the package 3 at another dealer, I went for it, and have no regrets. I upgraded the car to leather seats today - spectacular! I hope you have as much fun with yours!
