*There is no way I actually got this mileage. I overfilled last tank (faulty nozzle) and got poor milage, so I figure it has something to do with that.
Since it only upped my average by 2MPG, I'm using it.

I finally got the spreadsheet caught up.

June figures:

Miles travelled - 3435, including one road trip to Denver.

Gallons purchased - 69.7 gallons

MPG calculated: 49.3

MPG averaged according to MFD: 52.7

Temps are now consistently in the 80's and 90's.

Overall mileage on car are now approximately 26,000 miles.

 

Car delivered 6-25-04.

I wasn't really driving for economy, but if this will get better as I get better and the ICE breaks in then I'm really going to enjoy this.

A generous Prius Owner

Can you imagine it? I was standing outside a Barbershop admiring a Prius
and the Owner came out. After answering many questions about his car,
he actually invited me to drive it! So I had a 10 minute drive around the
block.
I was astounded with the advanced engineering features of the car.
But I was really overwhelmed with this guys generous invitation to
drive his car.
I want to thank DonDNH, a poster to this list for being so kind and
of course "trusting" ...

Wow Evan, I did twice the amount of driving as you (yet I still can't catch up - maybe I should take one month and just drive 1 mile in stealth and then I'll have your numbers beat? )
