Hello guys! Just to let you know I'm selling my 2009 Prius with a fully functional Hymotion kit (eBay item number is 172317523483). This 5 kwh conversion kit was installed by a Toyota dealer in Ontario in 2009. When I bought the car 2 years ago, kit had not been charged for weeks and batteries were so low it could not charge only with the plug, but thanks to my PriusChat friends, I ended up charging manually each poles and now it's been fully functioning and providing a constant range since then. My personal record is 2.6 liters per 100 km (around 90 MPG) for a full tank (mixed of city/highway). Otherwise, it consumes 0.0 gallon in the city when you drive just below 54 km/h (35 MPH). This is a unique opportunity to own an plugin hybrid vehicle at a very low cost !! I sell only because I'm making the move to a fully electric vehicle. Thanks for sharing those infos and feel free to ask me questions!
Hello Bisco! I am thinking about a Nissan Leaf (2-3 years old) for now... A friend of mine owns one and he let my have it for a week and I have to say I really enjoyed it! All those E-Golf, Model III and other new electric are still too expensive for me (maybe in a couple of years we'll see...)
Hello PutPut I finally decided to keep the car and break the ultimate mileage record of 465 000 miles I have found on internet Let's see what is happening in the future....
