Received my two Fob Covers from Ali Baba today. $2.80 each plus shipping. Black - the only color available. They are quite nice. Great fit.

I've ordered from ali before and it went fine.
The owner's manual says we should not have any metal, keys, or coins near our Fob. Or a cell phone. Does anybody pay attention to that?
The cover slides over the existing hard case providing a soft protective insulating layer. Not too thick, so as to add girth.
YES. I usually get mine from a US company with more choices of colors, but they don't offer the new Prius cover yet; thejacketstore.com
How come nobody likes my little "pouch" for the Fob??? I'm glad my shorts have 6 pockets! I got my Fob "pouch" in one, and my wallet in another, and my cell in another, and the house keys in a 4th pocket... I don't attach any keys to my Fob because the owner's manual says that's a No-No. (No, actually, I just don't want to keep pulling the Fob out of my pocket every time I need to lock/unlock doors. So I don't attach any keys to the Fob.... then I would have a dangling Fob... and I don't want my Fob to dangle. ) My Fob likes his nice little pouch. And he never comes out. He's like a mouse in a house. So, let's hear a big shout, for the POUCH! And 40 PSI is the answer to all the questions in the Universe.
This is my first fob and 2nd week with my Prius. I worry if I keep my fob separate from my keys it will end up in the wash. I've always kept my car keys on a separate ring but in the same pocket. I'm still reaching to take my key out of the ignition after I park. It's only going to take one forgetful moment for my $300 fob to end up in the wash, so unless there's a good reason for not keeping it in the same pocket as my keys and phone, I think I'm going to stick with that.
You have to use the "pat-down" method on those pockets. Thanks, Kevin! I can't even remember, how many times I got out of my Prius and forgot to press the POWER OFF button. Very strange. Operator brain short!!
My preventative for that is to have audio on at all times. If I can still hear sound from the speakers, I hit the power switch. The times that I left the ar running have been times when I had turned off the audio.
