2013 Prius - I recently had the 2015 navigation upgrade installed. I am now getting errors when I am driving, such as: telling me to get off at an exit ramp and then get right back on the entrance ramp, or telling me to take a westbound exit when my destination is north. The dealer can't seem to figure out the cause. Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions for solutions? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
It's probably linked to your phone for live traffic updates. Unlink your phone and see if things change
My guess is that a setting was changed back to a default setting with the new software. If your preference is set for Shortest Route, for example, it will try to take you as the crow flies, which is not what you would typically want. Check all of your settings to make sure they are what you want.
Thanks for your suggestions. We have double checked all the settings. It is set for the fastest route. I don't think my phone is always connected, but I will test that theory out. The errors are almost always at the same place: near Milwaukee and Chicago. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.

Why did you update from 2013 maps? Do you travel a lot? I have my maps from 2010 and they seem pretty accurate still
