2002 Ford Thunderbird 2003 Acura MDX Love all three cars; each has its uses. Drive our Prius about 90% of the time though.

The Prius is my fiancee's daily driver. I have a 2003 Lexus ES300 with Nav/Mark Levinson (19city/25 highway). Although, I'm thinking about upgrading to a Ultra Luxury package 2007 Lexus ES350 because it has the bluetooth phone and smart key I've come to appreciate in the Prius. Had they chosen to make an ES400h hybrid I'd have upgraded already.
I traded in a '98 Rav4 with 120K+ miles for my Prius. My better half drives an '03 Highlander which she loves, though she still hasn't driven the Prius after a month of owning it... She just pats me on my head says I'm a "good little engi-nerd" and smirks. <_<
We recently became a Two Hybrid Family, when we got a Highlander Hybrid to join our Prius. Synergy Drive, gotta love it!
'92 Chevy K3500 diesel pickup that I bought new, it only has 68K miles. It will get 18 to 20 mpg if you are careful with it. I only put 3K or 4k miles a year on it but it's nice to have 4WD and lots of ground clearance in the winter. Also nice for trips to the lumber yard etc.
I'll weigh in on this thread--my wife and I constitute another two-Prius family. I have an '05; she drives an '06 (less than one-month old). They're both silver. Normally, they'd be identical in appearance, except that I've started modifying mine to accomodate various ham radio antennas. The two cars draw a lot of admiring looks from our condo neighbors. We park them side-by-side in the underground garage. Phil

My wife has the Prius. I have a 2005 Mitsubishi Evolution that gets a whopping 20mpg... Mostly because I have a short commute and a lead foot... But for whatever reason, I'm the one who usually ends up bring the MPG on the Prius back up Also, have a 2004 Yamaha R1...

Got the '05 Prius last November because the '06 HiHy is so much fun. Got the HiHy last summer because of the '85 4runner which keeps on ticking. So does the '94 Soob which the Prius replaces in the summer months. I admit to: 1) Being a four car single <strike>person </strike> . . . er . . . <strike>pig</strike> . . . uh . . . CAT!, 2) Having separation anxiety regarding the perfectly running Soob and 4runner, and, 3) Receiving very nice gifts from my insurance agent during the holidays. :lol:
My wife's car is a 2000 Ford Windstar. That's what she wanted. She's a technophobe so she won't drive the Prius.

And just like you, I didn't like the thought of matching car colors, so I went for seaside pearl. I just wish the blue color wasn't so muted. I really really really liked the brilliant blue that my '96 Rav4 had. When we bought the Sienna, we tried for the metallic blue, but they didn't have one in that color with the features we wanted, so we ended up with the salsa red. Which was sort of ironic, since the '98 Grand Caravan it was replacing was also red in color (technically cranberry). So far we're maintaining the hers=red, mine=blue, color scheme for our cars. Personally, I wouldn't mind a nice deep purple for a car color, but apparently that isn't a very popular car color.
