I posted a new video of my 2016 Prius about the downhill trip I take every day. It is at For anyone not wanting to view the video here are a couple of photos and some info. The drive to the bottom of the hill is about 526 foot elevation to just about sea level. The 2.6 miles takes less than 10 minutes depending on traffic. Most days the average speed is 18 to 20 miles per hour. The battery fills up or is one bar from full.

Love the video, and the bird noises are a surprise! I've yet to be able to get the battery to be full up like you, it seems to stop at 2 bars below full.
