Here we go... Hitch install = insanely simple. Re-installing the underbody plastic = like a difficult puzzle It took 45 minutes and would have taken 20 if it weren't such a PITA to re-install the 3 pieces of under plastic. It was 10000% easier than the install on my wife's Forrester which included boring out holes in a thick frame. I called my neighbor over (wife could have helped if she was home) to lift and sandwich the bumper and hitch agains the frame to bolt up. Seriously though - anyone can do it. Even the least handy. Any questions - please ask me. It really is a DIY job.
