Has anyone else recieved the letter in the mail giving a web address for you to go to to fill out a survey on the 2016 Prius? Does it ask a lot of personal questions?
I bought mine in January, so I filled it out months ago. I don't recall a bunch of personal questions - mostly car related inquiries.
I filled out the survey today. What a disappointment. I was expecting questions mostly about the 2016 Prius. Yes there were a couple like are you satisfied type. But almost all of the questions were about the interaction with the dealer. Then what other cars did you look at. Then they guessed at what other cars were similar to the Prius ( I have no idea were they came up with those like the Chevy Cruz) and why didn't I choose them. There were more questions about them than the Prius. And it wasn't a short survey. It took about 15 minutes. I almost stopped filling out the survey but the catch is they enter you in a drawing for a prize.
Oops, sorry. Mine was pretty short. They might have modified the survey Q's. I don't trust J.D. Power anyways; their dependability study is rigged. In the dependability study, they rated Porsche and Buick as being more dependable than Toyota. That can't be...
I guess they do change the surveys from time to time. I never trust the reviews and recomendations of those big organizations. I read them but then get in the car and test drive a couple of times and make up my own mind.
