Took Delivery - Finally

    My 2016 Prius Four Touring has finally arrived. Here are a few pics.

    Initial thoughts:
    • LATCH system is easier to access
    • Less storage space
    • Floor mats are really thin
    • Quieter, smoother ride
    • Steering is lighter
    • Stays in EV mode easier and longer
    No comments on mileage yet, it came with 11 miles on it and trip meter indicated 22MPG.

    Yes, those two characteristics are very noticeable.

    The red looks very sharp. My magnetic gray Three Touring should be here next week. Was going to get the Three with ATP but delivery will be the end of September so ended up with the Three Touring. Hope the 17" wheel wouldn't take too much hit on the mpg.

    I should have taken the red one. But I couldn't see one live before ordering, and the sample of the dark grey was convincing me enough as it is way darker than my Gen3 was. Oh well...
    Yours looks fantastic.
    For the MPG, I simply reset everything after 3mi and first tank (here in Germany and Italy they don't fill the tank with any gas, unless you pay it) and mine was delivered with like 2mi total.

    Absolutely beautiful and congratulations!

    That is one of the best color combinations and almost ended up as my final choice.

    I love that Hypersonic RED!! Mine seems to change color depending on the time of day. At dusk it takes on a much deeper, darker, red.
