OK me and my friend were driving the car with the radio off all of a sudden as were driving out of the consul came a ding dong just like a door bell there's no warning lights on our phones were off I can't imagine where it came from I can't find anything on it does anyone have a clue it's going to drive me nuts till i know. Definitely came out of center console please it's driving me crazy.
When the low fuel warning light blinks on there is a very subtle audible announcement. Only does it once. Could this be?

Yeah it's the navigation system. There are 3 options - Chime, Door Bell and Music Box. The Door Bell sound has an option to make it directional (so only when you approach from one particularly direction)
