You can vinyl wrap over the panel and not reinstall the nozzle, or install a roof spoiler which will cover the hole.
I removed the nozzle sprayer and put adhesive vinyl on the inside and outside of the car to "seal" the hole. Then put a roof spoiler on top to hide the vinyl and seal it a bit more. I don't think any of us here have done a shave that fills it and has matching body paint. I've seen some people completely remove the plumbing, but I was too lazy. I just went to Lowes and got a plastic plug for lawn irrigation systems, shoved it in, and taped it just to ensure it doesn't shoot off if I accidentally turn that sprayer on (which I've already done at least twice).
The Aimgain rear hatch spoiler is designed to cover without having to actually remove. They also make one with nozzle opening.
I guess if you have something you can mold and fill in where the nozzle is and vinyl wrap it, it might look ok. I think vinyl wrapping that part without having something else to cover it, like a spoiler won't look good. You'll see where it is. You could wrap and put an affordable ebay spoiler.
Rodney has his wrapped with 3M carbon fiber vinyl and it looks great. I think any smooth gloss vinyl will not hide that hole unless you use body filler and prep it as well as you would for paint. I know from experience that with gloss black vinyl wrap, every imperfection is as obvious as a shar-pei's a-hole. I initially used a 3/4" white nylon hole plug, trimmed to snap into place and then used double sided tape to hold it in place. There is a pic of it in the "what did you do" thread from a few weeks ago. Didn't look bad but I still didn't like even that small pimple on top of the hatch. @Dylan Doxey used something like a lag bolt and painted it WGM, it looks OK too. I first tried gloss black vinyl wrap and it looked great except where the hole was. I have since filled the hole and made it as flush as possible with silicone and tried recovering with a gloss pearl white vinyl. Less obvious than with gloss black but you can still see where the hole was. I will try a CF vinyl and if I don't like that, I'll do like everybody else and use a spoiler or go back to the nylon plug/pimple.
I just got a roof wing and covered the hole with it. There's a couple on ebay that are more wallet friendly than the Aimgain one
