Just got a used 2014 Prius C and the only issue I've found so far is the rubber seal on the hatchback is loose and will separate from the frame sometimes when I open it. I was thinking it might be a great issue. It's been over 100° here the past few days. Is this something I could easily fix on my own? Like a special glue or something
A Google search for "automotive door gasket cement" seems to turn up at least one YouTube video and a bunch of products that would probably answer your question...
Yes....lift weatherstrip apply glue sparingly to metal reinsert w/s. 3M makes specific weatherstrip adhesive. Contact cement glue or RTV would also work.
