Noise can be subjective. An easy test is to take a dollar bill (paper money) and place it between the door/ window frame and weatherstrip. Ditto door glass to weatherstrip channel. (Repair shop tests utilize smoke and or water machines/ tools.) If you find an area where the bill has less friction, that could be the source of your air/ wind noise. Window mechanisms in many cars typically has fore aft plus, tilt plus in and out adjustments. This can be a do it yourself project, yet experience makes this easier...it is a puzzle of alignments. Door frame is no adjustment really other than "messing" with the hinges or physically bending the frame. Most replace the weatherstrip and if the air leak noise continues it may be best to leave to an expert. None the less it may not be an issue and just subjective. Wind passing over the mirror can make a noise. Windshield could be leaking air, could be noise from the fender or dash. Good luck.
Try placing a rag near the front quarter glass when you hear the noise. Wind noise appears to oriignate from that area. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
