Strange holder? What is this?

    That is a Roadster brand cell phone holder. The phone can lay flat or be viewed landscape when inserted in the slots in the side. It is also good for holding coins. It does not slide until it gets dirty. Just wipe the dash and rinse the Roadster with cold water. The rubbery compound will melt and get very sticky so don't leave it in the car in the warm months.
