Yesterday we said goodbye to our 2013 Prius 3 and gained a 2016 Prius 4. We had some difficulty locating what we wanted: leather seats (for heated seats in winter), & moonroof, fog lights, and technology package were a must. We wanted blue crush. After 2 dealerships promising they had what we wanted, they didn't (& were told about 10% of the 2016 Prius's are made with the technology package). We get to our 3rd, they have it but not the color we wanted (cry me a river, I know). And no fog lights. But as you can see from our profile pic, it's a done deal. We may get our fog lights installed after market. We call her Betty White.
Congrats!! Moonroof and foglights are mutually exclusive (moonroof only available on Three & Four. The LED foglights only available on Three Touring and Four Touring).
Right now, finishing up the paperwork (they have incorrect address on my registration which will hold up my city sticker). We are having remote start installed this week (which I understand isn't really a mod) and we asked for a quote on getting the fog lights done. We'd like side moldings and door edge guards next--the stuff to protect our car since we live in Chicago, that will take priority. Next... who knows. I'd like better rims but concerned that may impact MPG
