Howdy from Norman, Oklahoma... My wife and I took ownership of a new 2016 Prius v Three model yesterday. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. We had previously been lucky enough to rent a 2014 Prius Two a couple of years ago and when the time came to shop for a new vehicle we quickly decided on a Prius v because of the cargo space as one factor. Anyway here we are... Boomer Sooner...
Tinted windows and a pinstripe! v interior space is almost unbelievable..even with four adults and an xmas tree. Have fun.
If you buy a generic cargo mat off ebay and keep it 'backwards' over the back seats it will protect their finish and quiet the car some. I found it $12 well spent.

We haven't yet. In November we will leave for our annual trip to deep south Texas for the winter months then we will load it up with primarily my wife's stuff... We did a practice pack so to speak the other day and found we can probably get the vast majority, if not all, of the stuff we normally would take in our old 2006 minivan into the new Prius v. I was quite amazed at the cargo space available. Four (4) large storage boxes and two (2) suit cases. Plenty of room for odds and ends, coolers, etc. See the attached photos...
That's a beauty for sure! Love that color. A few years ago when I was visiting my parents in Del Mar, we took a taxi from the airport and it just happened to be a Prius V. I was very impressed with the rear seat legroom, I am 6ft2 and I was very comfortable. Enjoy your new ride!
