i finally lowered my Prius and put on my rotiforms! Tanabe sustec pros have been sitting in my garage for over a year. Finally put them on and my rotiforms! Sitting at the lowest setting now.
Grr!! thats what i forgot to do! :/ sadly there was a huge drop in MPGs. (I put the wheels on a few weeks before lowering the car). i dropped to 35 mpg initially. (but i've also moved a lot closer to school -4 miles now.) although now it seems to have settled in quite a bit, and i've been able to get more close to 41mpgs in ECO mode. They're 19"s so I expected MPGs to drop. I'll try and weigh em the next chance I get to!
Ah man....carshow wheels...good luck with those..I had a wear warranty on mine...235.35.19....popped 13 tires in 2 years due to LA pot holes..finally sold them and went back to 17's....
good eye. yeah i need to retint all windows. someone broke into my car once. (there was nothing to steal) but my back window I installed and haven't had time to retint the whole car yet.
YES. the MPG drop had me really sad at first. with stock wheels I was able to drive swiftly. comfortably. and easily get 50mpgs.. I do have my eye out for some smaller wheels, that aren't so costly on the MPG side
