how much is too much on a replacement amp?

    I'm purchasing a new amp for the audio system on my 2010 prious. I've had a dealer quote 747.00 for the part. That sounds awfully high to me.
    The number on the amp is 86280-ow622p5. I've found a couple on ebay that are ow620. Is it critical to get the exact letters and numbers after the 86280 - ow??

    that's about the price for a brand new amp.
