Lol I wasn't satisfied with the height. Tanabe NF lower only 1" and the spring rate was too soft like OEM springs. I wanted something more sporty and lower, and that why I switch to teins.

And also check the image I have.

TRD RSB was the most noticeable single suspension improvement mod through my personal experience.

Current suspension is TRD Springs, TRD RSB, RAV4 FSB, Mike's Mid & Front Under Braces, Cusco Top Mount Strut Bar & 17" Wheels.

You're so right. I put my RSB on earlier this week and now I notice how much the front flexes now I need that front bar!!

I am not sure what you're asking?
The installation procedure for the front and rear sway bars are very different, yes.

No i mean did you install the rear sway bar then drive or around and then install the front sway bar at a later time and see how that made an improvement?

After I installed the rear TRD swaybar I was pleased with the results. There was a noticeable reduction in body roll on hard cornering. That's when I decided to order the front Cusco swaybar. The Cusco front swaybar further reduced body roll on hard cornering.

The bushings were included. I purchased Amazon item B007Z73M4W in May 2014. There's a note there that you need to purchase and end-link kit. But it was included in my case.
