I just replace from struts- 125,000 miles. Needed for probably 4 years. Def. fixed some issues but I still hear rubber squeak when I turn corners at slow speeds. Sounds like something needs lube. Any thoughts? 2007 Prius
Strut bearings, control arm bushings. Mine makes the same noise. Get a CAN of silicone spray and spray them down, it should quiet them down, unless you off road with it, or if it has been in an accident I suppose. How is your tire wear? Any feather edging on the tread blocks? When they did the struts, they should have also installed new strut bearings, depending on whether you bought the whole strut assemblies or reused your stock springs. XT1585 ?
