Hi all, I was thinking of putting side moldings on my 2015 to protect from dings and such. I like the tapered look of the factory ones for the gen 3s but it looks like they've been discontinued. The generic ones are okay but I don't really like the look. Does anyone know if the 2016 side moldings would fit a gen 3? I'm not sure if I'm sold on the black detail on them but I would consider it.
Not sure if you already looked into this option, but some people on here have used Rav4 side moldings on their Gen3 Prius. Look's really nice if you angle them to match the horizontal line across the body, rather than leveled.
I did look into that and was interested in going that route, but there aren't seaglass pearl Rav4s. I could get them painted, I guess, but that seems pretty expensive. Thanks for the suggestion though!
