Call your insurance company. They will have a glass specialist evaluate it and repair the chip if possible. Otherwise you may have to replace the windshield. In most states, if there's a safety concern (either visual or crash-worthiness), it must be replaced. You might have to pay your insurance deductible, again this varies by state.
The glass company deals with these on a daily basis. You'll find your transponder, inspection sticker and other windshield stickers on the new one. Some stickers aren't removable; but they'll do their best. If any doubts, the technician will just ask what you want done.
