Hello guys I'm happy owner Toyota Prius C '15. I bought my first hybrid car 2 weeks ago after crash. When car came to my possession I had a problem with start engine. The car have damage door driver side and fender. Two air-bag from driver side blow up from curtain and from side seat driver. When i put in key to ignition and move for position 1 radio play, lights shine, horn working. But when i move key to position 2 radio turn off for the seconds and i don't see anything on the dashboard, and engine don't start. Its just a silent.
Thank you for any tips to check and fix my problem.

welcome to priuschat! congrats on your new c. the place to start is purchasing a mini vci and an old laptop. it will read all the codes on your car and advise troubleshooting. you can also post the codes here, for more help.
for now, try disconnecting the 12v negative for a minute to reboot the systems. check the 12v voltage, and also the fob battery.
perhaps if the airbags have gone off, they will need to be repaired before the computers can be reset, i'm not sure. all the best!(y)

Can it be that the HV battery is switched to off position (under the rear seat)?

There was a nice post some time back about this with clear pictures and marking, I can't locate it now.

In the below image the orange color clip like thing next to the 12v battery is the switch. Zoom in and have a look at the position. The top of the orange part should be above the black switch assembly behind it. Hope that makes sense.

Ok, I found this clip and is switched on. I checked the 12V battery via disconnect for restart computer but its doesn't help. So I ordered the mini vci and I will wait for shipping, then I check codes. Thank you for your help:)

    Hello guys,
I would like back to my case. I want to tell you what's new with my car. I charged 12V battery to full but it doesn't help. The HV battery is switched on. I tried disconnected 12V battery for a few minutes. Still doesn't work. Also, I connected car with via min VCI and I get some errors like below:
    From ABS/VSC/TRAC - C1465
    From Air Conditioner - B1441, B1442, B1443, B1497
From Main Body - B1247, B2321, U0100, U0101, U0151, U0155, U0293 (This type of errors is possible because I have removed driver door from a car).
So guys, what do you think now about my problem. All the best:)

Yes, fender of driver side is damaged. Is it possible that is a reason on the dashboard of any information and engine won't start?
