I guess I wasn't clear on my intentions, my bad for that. I want the fog lights to work exactly like factory, with the exception that they turn on if the parking lights are on, not just the low beams, does that make sense?

Go into your fuse panel under your hood. Find fuse #10 (your fog lights) and fuse #30 (your parking lights, license plate lighys) and just do a jumper wire between the two... you will still be able to turn your fogs off with your switch

    SM-N920V ?

But that makes them have power when your parking lights are on

    SM-N920V ?

Alright back to my 1100 mile drive

I haven't tried it yet, but I will post on here with the results.

I ran into another issue. Here is a pic of my fuse box lid. Unfortunately, it isn't numbered =/ and I don't see any logical place to jump to according to the names of the fuses. I don't see anything like HL low or Parking/Running lamp or whatever. My car does have HID if that makes a difference. Appreciate the help.

You had originally posted that, lol I will look under the dash and find them, thanks again

Ok, so I am getting two of these

I will plug one into the tail lamp side and one into the fog light side, and splice the wires together. I am assuming only the one on the tail lamp side will need to be powered, is this right? Sending power from both would likely blow the fuse I am thinking, but want to make sure.

Your tail side is a cluster of things.. your fog side is just your fogs just put it on non power side of tail and you should be fineSent from my SM-N920V using TapatalkI would love to try it on my own to prove it but mine did not come with fogsSent from my SM-N920V ?

Just to be clear, do I want power from the fog side to the tail side, or no power from either? I hope I am making sense, 'cause you can put the tap in the fuse bank to power the accessory wire from it, or reverse it and it won't have juice, which would be backwards since it is designed to power an accessory. Sorry if I sound like a retard or something, I just want to be sure.

Did you have your fog light switch on with your parking lights on when you tried it

Yes. I tried the taps all four possible connections with all the switches. They still came on with the low beams, but never with just the parking lights.
