PiP base comes standard with a 5" navigation unit. It's usable, but I wonder if I can buy one of these Android headunit, specifically made for 2010+ prius. Anyone here using this head unit? Question is - OEM HeadUnit has a vehicle specific menu - such as MPG graph, various vehicle mode settings. Will I lose all these functionality with these Android HU?
I too want android auto in my pip and am wondering how to get it. My assumption is' we'd lose current functionality. I see the new 2017 pip has a larger display. I'm wondering if one could use it and maybe switch between native functionality and android functionality.
