Has anyone been successful at disabling all of the steps required to "Dial by name" or "Dial by number" for the phone? "After the beep..." "please say a command" "dial by name (or number) has been selected" "After the screen has updated........please say the name (or number)" "when ready, briefly hit the talk switch.....pause pause pause....or press the off-hook button" Then it's finally dialing. You're help is appreciated. Aaron

I assume you have an '06. I've asked this question before, but no one responded. As far as I can tell, you can disable the voice prompts in the navigation screen, but not for Bluetooth. It's kind of a pain, but I've gotten used to it. Aside from smashing the MFD with a hammer, I don't know of a way to disable it.
