Hmmmm lets see. Being that Elon almost went broke last year I guess we will all just sit back and watch the fireworks hey? Can't say that I ever remember hearing that about Toyota.
Fisherman's Hint - when you catch a fish hold your arm out to hold the fish closer to the camera. I've been studying Toyota USA's Gen4 vs. Gen3 trunk pic too see if I think it is fair.
i know, pics are difficult. i certainly wouldn't buy anything based on pics or specs, you have to see it and try it.
Are you offended at someone speaking the truth? If you are please move on. Merged Oh you mean the $1k deposits which are realistically not true orders? I read that many will be request a refund after the latest development. I'm sure you know why or do you need a hint? Economics 101. Short term wealth vs long term. Big difference.
You will have to clarify something; who almost went broke?, Elon Musk as a person and a principal of Tesla Motors, or Tesla Company? Because it is a big difference for the Heading of this thread an supporting the facts that their introduction of Model 3 will be a flop....
Are you unaware of what you write in your posts? I was responding to this post. You are claiming that Elon went broke last year. A quick search found reports of such from 2010, but since that isn't last year, or even 2014, that can't be what you were talking about in your post. Did you get the wrong Elon?
For the trunk I just hope they will have a hatchback option. A trailer is great, look at my pic. But I don't bring the trailer for all my shopping. Merged For people telling that a Prius is better than a M 3, how long do you want to keep burning fossil fuel ?
Through Twitter was suggested to Elan Musk: "if the the Model ≡ will have an option for a trailer hitch installation" Maybe the under carriage under the trunk can be re-inforced to accommodate such an accessory .
Musk tweeted over the weekend that they won't support a hatchback because they had to move a structural support in the roof in order to create enough backseat headroom while meeting their aerodynamic design targets. The future Model Y CUV on the same underlying platform may have a hatchback.
No relevance. Use a better search engine.Let's stick to key points. Why will Toyota thrive over Tesla over time? I think it's because they has a proven track record. Tesla has yet to establish that. They haven't been around for a while.
Well I found your Elon Musk's aforementioned claim of bankruptcy: "It’s hard to imagine but at one point both Tesla and SpaceX were at the verge of going bankrupt. Elon Reeve Musk, CEO and CTO of SpaceX, and also CEO and product architect of Tesla Motors, had to undergo a grueling ordeal to keep both companies afloat. And it worked. Tesla and SpaceX are now two of the most idealized and important companies operating today." Full search article But the guy survived upon all contradictory of the moment. Remember, he is dealing with billion of dollars.......... not your pocket change
You are the one that said Elon almost went broke last year. You are making lots of predictions with no basis in fact, and some statements which are outright false. These falsehoods, and your refusal to address them makes the rest of your opinion based statement dubious at best. No one questions that as a business, Toyota is and will remain much larger than Tesla. Hmmm, interesting, but while the article was posted last year, this even happened a number of years ago. Back in 2008 Tesla came extremely close to bankruptcy. That is, even longer ago though.
Well, at least we are seeing an explanation on this guy's ( 4rpr15 ) comments. We took a trip to the past........
My search engine works. Why doesn't yours? Geez....making me do all the extra work here. lol Tesla’s Model 3 Could Destroy Elon Musk’s Company - The Daily Beast "With Tesla’s cash reserves falling below $1 billion and dwindling fast, the company might not survive long enough to launch the car people are currently lined up for."
