Hello, I have a 2014 Pip, since new now about 32k miles.

My wife daily drives this car, and I drive a 2013 ~18k miles volt that I picked up a few months ago.

Whenever I now drive the Prius everything, feels loose and rattles relative to the volt, the front suspension feels like there is alot more vibration and play.

For those who have both cars, is there a problem with my Pip? I have a few K of warranty left. Or is the design of the pip just less solid feeling than the volt?

I don't get vibration or excessive "play" in my suspension. Cornering feels normal for a car of this size, although tire selection is going to be a big factor here.

None of the cars in Yosemite were keeping up with me in the twisties, but that says more about the differences in the drivers than the vehicles.

My 2014 PIP feels solid enough, no real rattles or vibration. My new Volt is much quieter and has a much more solid feel to it. To me, the PIP is more of an economy car, the Volt has more of a luxury vibe.

the new pip addresses some of those differences. actually, you have it backward. it was the design of the volt to feel more solid than the prius, which the pip is, with a larger battery.
