    As stated, it was charged. Read the thread. The battery was removed and placed on a charger. Thanks for being so pompass, but next time read the whole thread before adding your two cents. Your advice or opinion is not needed if you cannot operate with all of the information.

    Battery, ecu, and actuator tested fine. "Itermittent issue" Toyota could not find any issue. Their advice was to drive until the light stays on.

    brutal. what about the park motor? i wonder if theres a loose connection at one of the ecu's patrick wong mentioned.

    No worries, mate. I "operate" just fine. You even quoted what I said, but still failed to comprehend what I was saying. Somehow I don't think it is me that has a problem with reading and comprehension. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

    It was not the battery. I replaced the shift control actuator and the problem is fixed.

    A lot of older battery chargers will only charge an AGM battery to 12.6V. A newer AGM sensitive or selectable charger will get the voltage over 13V.
