One tag was sent to your iPod. ???

    Any one know what this means?

    It came up after I plugged a phone into the USB port to charge it

    Maybe the 'tag' button was tapped on your screen inadvertently at some point and it was tagging the track in iTunes. I don't use it but that's what I'm pretty sure it was, iTunes tagging.
