This are the unprofessional pictures I took, from my visit to the NY International Auto Show on Friday March 25, 2016
oh well, i'm hoping what i remember of the inside turns out to be a dream (nightmare). i don't want to see any more pics until it's on the lot.
I am sorry you are so disappointed in the Prime. I could tell how much you were looking forward to its introduction.
thanks man, i'll get over it. i just never expected the 4 seats and reduced hatch. hit me with a sucker punch.
Hmm, if the lights are all LED, will snow/ice prove to be a problem with the headlights for people who live in northern climates? I recall my 2014 Prius five trim had a hidden nozzle that sprayed washer fluid on the headlights since they were LED and probably wouldn't generate enough waste heat to melt snow/ice off. I don't see anything like that on the Prime. Or are the headlights in a spot that has a hidden heater element similar to heated side mirrors?
It is not mentioned in the slim literature given of the vehicle on the show, neither the sales brochure is available yet. I haven't see any sprayer on the Headlights at all. The vehicle that was shown to the public couldn't be power-up; and the same vehicle that is the upscaled version of the Prime, has a beautiful large screen display but it was off with the rest of the car. The power driver's seat felt very comfortable and with a great head-room height. Pushing the driver's seat almost all the way back, my comfortable position, rendered about 7" in distance with the back rear seat cushion. I liked a lot the new Volt Hatchback
