2015 Prius Five(?) bluetooth inop.

    The bluetooth and phone buttons are greyed out under settings and I am unable to connect any devices. Help.

    We're you driving or parked (with the car in P)? Numerous settings are greyed out if car is in gear or even in ready mode (safety function?). Refer to owners manual on how to change settings or add devices.
