Eco Indicator Light Always Off

    I got the check hybird system warning message and then i reset the indicator by turning off/ on the car for 3 times in a row.
    Now I noticed the Eco light never came on, even though I was in ECO mode and was most often driving outside the power zone.

    Any idea on this?

    What happens when you press the "Eco" button?

    Are you talking the Eco mode indicator on the MFD or the green ECO mode light above the speedometer?

    Good question. Toyota confuses us by using the "ECO" term for those two separate meanings, and now to make matters worse, "ECO" has become a trim version as well. Enough of ECO!

    maybe try disconnecting the 12v. btw, is the 12v health okay?

    You can turn the "eco" light on and off -- I think it may be in the setting menu..

    Oooh then there will be blue screens on the hybrid indicater screen too. LOL
