I have 2006 Prius. Recently I replace the stock radio with an aftermarket radio. Radio is working fine, but air conditioning is not working. MFDisplay shows the message " check Air conditioning connection" Pics attached. Went through whole process again today and error message still there. Did not find any connector that were not connected.

Double checked all connections on the back of the MFD. Did not find anything loose or not properly connected.

i suppose a check of the 12v health is warranted, as usual. also, disconnecting the negative cable for a few minutes.

Thanks for that information. Before I read your response, I did some research and connected factory radio along with the aftermarket radio and MFD showed no errors. OEM radio is only have power with no speaker wires connected to it.

Next week I will take it apart to connect 68 Ohm resistor as you described. For now whole system is working. Thank you.
