The Car is a 2016 Prius v. It is too small to hold key-fob... or change... or anything that I can think of. Does anyone know what this area on the dashboard is for? It is to the left of the steering column. Just below an air vent: Thank you, Sal
It's a card holder. It can hold a credit type card (not just credit card but say a Costco card etc), parking card, parking ticket etc. Prius v card holder... | PriusChat
Wow, this would be a great idea if I could put a garage remote there or my work parking card! Well, I don't think my PIP has this slot. Will check next time I am in the car. iPhone ?
After you order from the Dollar Shave Club some One Wipe Charlies, this would be a good place to store some...........LoL
New question, part 2. My wife was impatiently backing our Nice New Prius v into the garage. It was rainy and, while the back-up camera was working, she did not notice that the garage door had not completely opened. And so it is time for some repair work on the Prius v. The back hatch of the Prius has (or had, as a result of rear motion personal body modification) a visor/spoiler just above the rear windshield. Does anyone know what that part is called? And aftermarket suppliers of said un-named part? Sal
Here is the search result for "spoiler" within the Prius v forums; Search Results for Query: Spoiler | PriusChat Your wife is not the first nor the last to perform this personal body modification. Good luck.
I use that slot to store paper calling cards (those things you hand out to someone like the police or affected driver when you are witness to an accident). I have two garage doors. Both bear scars from similar distracted oops.
